Derek Turner-Smith

Founder & CEO


Derek was raised in Asia, educated in London and has spent part of his career working in New York, as well as building bespoke Agency solutions in Netherlands, Moscow, Istanbul and Qatar.

He is internationally focused with 35+ years of experience. Advising and supporting Clients across a broad range of industries and situations: from rebranding following cross-border M&A, to new CEO’s seeking to articulate their vision, transformative Global business models, and extensive Service Design change to improve the customer experience.

Formerly the founder and CEO of JWT International for 16 years - a boutique offering operating under a separate P&L within J Walter Thompson - Derek established D&Co International in 2023. All in support of Clients needing to grow and evolve.

Libby Landenberg

Service Design & CX


Libby is a qualified Service Designer with a background in Anthropology.

She has worked for a wide variety of different consultancies: IT, Marketing, Design, and Service Design. Clarifying and solving complex business challenges through a design-led approach, she reframes problems and creates bespoke solutions for customers and internal users.

Her experience spans a wide array of industries: from Financial Services, to Automotive, Retail, Luxury, Hospitality, on-line Travel Platforms as well as Government Digital Services (GDS).

Daisy Bishop

Strategy & Research


Daisy comes from a background in advising Clients at pure-play Digital as well as at fully Integrated Agencies.

She has a particular interest in transformation and the challenges that come with driving meaningful change and growth. Combining deep insight about people and their motivations with a rigor and focus on market realities and the commercial opportunity.

She has applied this approach to a variety of different industries across USA and European markets as well as in her native UK.
